DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to harden and streamline our delivery platform across hosted and self-hosted environments. You will own deployment reliability, operational visibility, and developer productivity with a strong focus on secure, repeatable infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for faster, safer releases
• Maintain containerized environments and infrastructure automation
• Improve runtime observability with meaningful alerts, dashboards, and runbooks
• Strengthen backup, restore, and disaster recovery practices for Postgres and storage
• Document deployment standards to make enterprise self-hosting predictable

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of DevOps or platform engineering experience
• Deep Docker and Linux operations knowledge
• Hands-on CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Practical understanding of reverse proxies, TLS, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with database operations and incident response

Nice to have

• IaC experience (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting compliance-sensitive B2B workloads
